Rev Hicks is a servant of God who enjoys serving others and looks forward to becoming part of the Urban Missiology team. Rev Hicks has a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. Her experiences have included serving as a mental health counselor working with an agency that serviced DFACS, the Georgia Prison system, and the founding of a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicating to helping mothers and their children. Currently she is serving as a mental health counselor for a non-profit organization that works with women and children survivors of Domestic Violence along with being the executive director of another non-profit organization that also works with women and child’s survivors of Domestic Violence.
