Why Urban Missiology?

Every urban community encounter’s challenging situation’s, some the same the world over, and others specific to each context. Within these communities are committed professionals and experienced leaders with expertise who make a significant difference by challenging the norms, advocating for change, shifting the culture, and creating transformative responses to issues impacting the well-being of individuals, organizations, academia, and societies. Urban Missiology (UM) exist to promote social change and transformation for the next generation of change agents by publishing content submitted by leaders of today who are currently working and advocating for just change in a variety of life’s arenas.
