Rabbi Dr. Zvi Shapiro is a member of the Orthodox Jewish Community in Atlanta, Georgia. With a B.A. degree in Economics (Antioch College, 1962), M.A. in Economics (North Western University, 1964), M. H. L. in Judaic Studies (1969) and ordination as Rabbi (1970) both from the Jewish Theological Seminary, and a PhD. in Judaic Studies from New York University (1988), Rabbi Dr. Shapiro has been involved in a variety of secular, academic, and religious activities. Among his many academic involvements included are courses taught at the Interdenominational Theological Center (Atlanta, GA) where he provided opportunities for individual spiritual and religious growth.
